Picture of DOUBLE TUBE MOUNTING KIT (MODELS 3603, 3603-01) The Double Tube Mounting Kit is designed to attach the headrest, the occipital ring, and their Interface hardware to the back of a wheelchair. The Kit consists of a Double Tube Mounting Plate, two 90-degree Vertical Tubes, and four 2-Point Knobs. The Mounting Plate attaches to the back of the wheelchair with four sets of ##10-32 Screws and ##10-32 Nuts. COLOR: Available in stainless steel or black.
