Picture of SINGLE TUBE LIFT-OFF MOUNTING KIT (MODELS 3611 & 3611-01) The Single Tube Lift-off Mounting Kit is designed to attach the headrest, or the occipital ring and its Interface hardware to the back of a wheelchair. The Kit consists of a Single Tube Lift-Off Mounting Plate, a 90-degree Vertical Tube, and two 2-Point Knobs. The Mounting Plate attaches to the back of the wheelchair with four sets of ##10-32 Screws and ##10-32 Nuts. COLOR: Available in stainless steel or black.
