--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 06/2012) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. ---The Sculptured Solid Seat Insert, model SSP56XX, is a solid seat insert designed for use on wheelchairs. The solid seat insert includes T-nuts and a sculptured seat, model MOD4620.

Notes: A plaster or foam cast is required. ** Premium pressure relieving materials are recommended and four-way stretch face fabric is required with this seat.
