It consists of the Tumble Forms Feeder Seat and Floor Sitter Wedge (also sold separately; see separate entries). The soft, washable seating module has a contoured shape for correct posture and includes a built-in abductor and hip positioning belt. SIZES: Small, model PC 4542B, for infants and children up to 36 inches; medium, model PC 4542A, for children up to 48 inches tall; large, model PC 4542D, for adolescents up to 60 inches tall; and extra large, model PC 4542E, for adolescents up to 72 inches tall. DIMENSIONS (HxW): 21 x 10.5 inches (Small), 27 x 14 inches (Medium), 34 x 17 inches (Large), and 41 x 21 inches (Extra Large).
