The Able Generation Module C Play Chair is a youth positioning chair designed for use by children with physical disabilities who require full back, head, and trunk support. This wooden chair features a moveable seat which can be angled and adjusted to any height within a specified range. The seat can be lowered so the child's legs rest on the floor, enabling supported floor play. The chair includes a nylon seat belt,height-adjustable legs, a therapeutic insert back, a choice of one- or two-inch side leg pads, and a pommel. The back insert provides support and centering for the head and padded wedges attach the upper part of the insert wings with hook-and-loop tape. The combination of the therapeutic back insert and the height-adjustable legs enable the chair to be tilted posteriorly. OPTIONS: An optional footrest and tray (sold separately) are available for the regular chair. SIZES: Small or regular. DIMENSIONS (WxD): The seat on the small model is 10 x 10 inches without pads, 8 x 10 inches with one-inch pads, and 6 x 10 inches with two-inch pads. The standard back height adjusts from nine to 12 inches. The back height is 20 inches. The seat height from the floor adjusts from 2.5 to 6 inches. The seat on the regular model is 12 x 12 inches without pads, 8 x 12 inches with one-inch pads, and 6 x 12 inches with two-inch pads. The back height is 23 inches. The seat height from the floor adjusts from 2.75 to 8 inches.
