The Telex Model TW-4AA Wireless FM Transmitter is a transmitter for an FM amplification system. The TW-4AA is a single-channel, wireless FM transmitter designed to transmit voice and auxiliary input signals. It is intended for classroom or personal use. It is compatible with all Telex TDR series FM receivers and other FM receivers approved for use in the narrow band channels. FEATURES INCLUDE: adaptive compression; adjustable gain control with a 20 dB range; AA-size batteries; main and auxiliary microphone jacks; auxiliary audiovisual input jack for TV, tape recorders, PA systems, etc.; two-position function switch for auxiliary input only or combined main microphone and auxiliary input; 'voice-over' capability with main microphone; 'No FM' and 'Low Battery' indicators; directional lapel microphone with optional omni-directional lapel and noise cancelling boom microphones; broadcast range of up to 300 feet; and ink-erasable front identification label.
