--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 05/93) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Story Signer is a sign language program that presents a continuous story told in computer animated ASL Sign Language. A storybook-like illustration with the story printed in English at the bottom of the screen alternates with a screen display of a person signing the text of the story. As the story is signed, the equivalent English words are highlighted in the English caption that appears at the bottom of the screen. A Learning Comprehension feature allows testing of the vocabulary presented in the story. COMPATIBILITY: For use on Apple II computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Two disk drives are required to run Story Signer.
