Picture of MONET 300 / 500 SERIES HEARING AIDS Monet 300/500 Series Hearing Aids are digital hearing aids designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Available styles include receiver in canal, open ear 312, open ear 10A, completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, and behind the ear. Several models include Tri-Mode noise reduction for listening to music. This feature brings voices to the front and replicates the subtle nuances of stringed instruments with clarity, while handling the driving peaks associated with percussion. Soft sounds are amplified but lound ones are compressed to reduce any sensation or discomfort. Other features include speech enhancement with three averaging detectors that monitor the environment for soft sounds and difficult to hear frequencies; adaptive feedback control; a push button to switch between directional mode for understanding conversation in noise, and omni mode; simultaneous adjustment and optimization of speech algorithms and comfort levels to help improve understanding in noise; cell phone compatible circuitry and maximum volume from standard telephones; and ability to custom fit hearing aid memories of different environments or musical styles. COLOR: Pink (all styles), light or medium brown (completely in canal, half shell/canal, or full shell), dark brown (completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, or behind the ear), gray (receiver in canal, open ear 312, open ear 10A, or behind the ear), black (receiver in canal, open ear 312, or open ear 10A), white (open ear 312), red or blue (completely in canal, half shell/canal, full shell, or behind the ear).
