Picture of AUDIOSCAN RM500 SL The AudioScan RM500 SL is a portable auditory evaluation and hearing aid acoustic test system designed for use in hearing aid fitting. Hearing is tested using the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) S 3.22 2003 standard test sequence. The unit has a fluorescent backlit color display, a built-in thermal line printer, and an integrated sound box. It comes in a cast aluminum case with a carrying handle. DIMENSIONS: 15.5 x 12.75 x 4.25 inches with a display measuring 12.1 inches diagonally. The sound box is 31 square inches. WEIGHT: 15 pounds.
