RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Visi-Pitch, model 6087AT, is a portable speech training device for clinical treatment of voice disorders, speech disorders of persons with hearing disabilities, second language instruction, teaching, and research purposes. The unit is designed to extract and measure fundamental frequency (FO) up to 1600Hz in Real Time. FO is displayed on a scope, a strip chart recorder, or both. The display shows cycle to cycle changes in frequency as relative amplitude traces either separately or simultaneously with pitch. Visi-Pitch is built in a digital storage scope with either full screen or two independent screen capabilities. Two independent channels may be stored and compared at the same time. Frequency range is 50 to 1500Hz. Calibration is continuously variable. Pitch accuracy 1Hz. Dynamite range of intensity display is 50 decibels. Time is displayed on screen for 1, 2, 4, or 8 seconds at the top and on the bottom, or full screen. Time displayed on the chart recorder is continuous. POWER: 117 volts AC, 50 to 60Hz, 130 watts. DIMENSIONS: With scope, 47.5 x 21.2 x 30 centimeters. WEIGHT: 28 pounds, including a portable 386 PC computer.
