Picture of TOBY TRACHEASAURUS PLUSH TOY & TOBY TRACHEASAURUS  PUPPET The Toby Tracheasaurus Plush Toy and and Toby Tracheasaurus Puppet are educational toys designed for use with children with tracheostomies. Both the plush toy and the puppet come with a Shiley tracheostomy tube and a Passy-Muir Speaking Valve (see separate entry) to provide therapists and caregivers with an introduction to therapy for children with tracheostomies and facilitate vocalization.
