The Telephone Ringer and Flasher is a telephone signal indicator designed for use by individuals with hearing disabilities. The device is activated when the connected telephone rings and it features a strobe flasher and a two-tone buzzer that delivers a low-pitched warble. The strobe and the buzzer may each be used individually or in combination.
