(Verified 2/2009) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Memory Message is a timed reminder signal designed for use by individuals with cognitive disabilities. Up to 280 alarms can be set on this device for people who need to be reminded of activities and tasks throughout the day. Up to 40 separate messages can be recorded to give instruction and information following the alarms. When the alarm is given, the user can press "OK" to acknowledge the alarm or press "?" to have the message repeated. The device comes with a programming keyboard that enables an assistant to program the alarms. The alarms can be set to be given once or to be repeated until acknowledged. Other features include audible date and time information, a backlit display, and a laminated time planning form. POWER: Uses rechargeable lithium ion batteries (included). DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 6.3 x 1.1 x 4 inches. WEIGHT: 12.5 ounces. WARRANTY: 1 year.
