The Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integtation, Fourth Edition (VMI-4) is an assessment evaluation test designed for use with children ages three to 18 years of age with learning, cognition, visual-motor, and other disabilities. The test can also be used with adults with developmental delays. This test offers 27 forms to assess function, optional standardized tests to evaluate the relative contributions of visual perception and motor coordination to VMI-4 performance, and a visual- motor imitation page for children three years of age and under. The profile comparison of results on the VMI-4 and its new supplemental tests is provided on the VMI-4 booklet itself, eliminating the need for a separate examiner's booklet. Test components (sold separately) include a manual, sets of 10 test booklets, and sets of 10 motor and 10 visual supplements
