The Exercise Unit, model NK 45, is an exercise machine designed for use in exercising the lower extremities. The unit is useful for resistive exercise programs for the knee, particularly the quadriceps and hamstring muscles. The unit consists of an electric welded steel frame with the top covered by naugahyde over foam padding. The chrome torque unit has an easy-to-read range of motion indicator, padded adjustable leg rest and stationary weight holder with securing cuff in addition to a pull pin device which operates the changing of the resistive arm angle. The torque unit can be placed on either the right or left side, or an additional torque unit (NK 401) can be added for reciprocal exercising. CAPACITY: Torque unit has a 75 pound weight capacity. DIMENSIONS: Overall floor size is 48 x 30 inches. WEIGHT: 60 pounds.
