(Verified 10/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Exer-Stik is a hand, arm, and finger exerciser designed to assist in upper extremity rehabilitation by building wrist, forearm, and finger muscles. Users twist the two sections of the stick for exercise, and an adjustment knob allows the unit to provide a range of resistance from almost none to resistance requiring isometric contraction. Also available is a Power-Stik 3000 model that is weighted for resistance.
