The Midland Deluxe Calibrated Shoulder Wheel, model 2286B, is an arm exerciser designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. The device consists of a wheel attached to an all-steel base for wall mounting. The 360 degree scale at the center of the wheel enables degree of revolution to be read from either turning direction. One knob provides easy-to-operate resistance control and instant height adjustment. DIMENSION: Wheel diameter adjusts from 30 to 38 inches, and the wall mounting base adjusts to 18 inches high. WARRANTY: 2-year warranty.
