(Verified 4/2001) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Meta-Phal Sander, model 32040, is an arm, hand, and finger exerciser designed to provide therapeutic exercise for the upper extremities and help increase finger range of motion. The device can be locked at any angle from 0 to 60 degrees using the two tightening knobs and is equipped with two hook-n-loop straps. The unit also features a quick-change sandpaper holder. WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
