In addition, this adjustable resistance exercise band is designed to strengthen weaker opposing muscle groups in the hand and forearms that have been left underdeveloped. The intention of this adjustable apparatus is to create stability and allow normal blood circulation in order to eliminate median nerve damage. The device comes with a set of daily exercises that are designed to prevent, alleviate, or rehabilitate the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
