The Rolyan Mr. Wrister, model A360-1, is an arm exerciser designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. Intended to strengthen shoulders, arms, and wrists while building endurance and range of motion, the device consists of a bar with two sets of comfortable rubber handles. The inner set is used for isolating forearm, wrist and hand motion. A heavy-duty vertical webbing strap in the middle of the bar is used to hold cuff-style weights (not included). DIMENSIONS: The bar is 28 inches long and the strap is 40 inches long. WEIGHT: The bar weighs approximately two pounds.
