The Basal Block, no. 9-101, is a wedge pillow and head positioner made of foam from the Alimed Positioner Foam Blocks series. The cushion is designed to support the back and shoulders with a contoured cutout for the head and neck in extensor thrust position. DIMENSIONS: 16 x 12 inches, tapers from 7 inches at 27 degrees.
