Applying the cold spot on the wand to pressure points cools the body. Pressing a button on the wand activates a solid-state cooling chip, which cools the aluminum disk up to 40 degrees below the air temperature. POWER: Uses four double-A batteries. DIMENSIONS: The unit is 8 inches long and the grip is 1.75 inches wide.
