(Verified 8/2011) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Removable Electric Trunk Lift for Rascal Scooters is a trunk mounted wheelchair alternative loader designed for use with take-apart Rascal Scooters. The unit uses power from the scooter or car battery to lift the base into a trunk or hatchback after the seat and handlebars are removed. To use, attach the lifting strap hook to the lift bracket mounted on the base of the Rascal. Press the UP switch on the trunk lift to bring the Rascal to the height needed to clear the trunk. Swing trunk lift arm to position Rascal over the trunk and press the switch to lower. The Arm is then removed and placed in the trunk of the car.
