The Puzzle Form Board Kit, model 1-03720-00, is a form board and perceptual training activity designed for use by children who are blind or have low vision. This form board kit is designed as a supplementary aid for teaching basic concepts such as shape, texture, color, size, and matching. This kit includes five frames with the incised shape of a circle, square, triangle, diamond, or rectangle, and matching shapes that fit into the frames (three for each frame). The matching shapes have various colors and textures, and are cut into one, two, three, or four pieces. DIMENSIONS: Frames are 4 x 6 inches.

Notes: The manufacturer recommends this activity for children age three and up.
