Frame made of reinforced aluminum tubing; has 200 pound capacity. Foot plate has series of holes for adjustable foot strap placement. Upper pad size 12 by 15 inches. Lower pad size 12 by 18 inches. Chin pad 4 by 12 inches. Foot plate adjusts from 4 to 48 inches from top. Weight 12 pounds.
