« Previous Product Next Product »The Prone Support Walkers, models 3A through 3E, are ergonomically designed prone standers and walkers for children and adults. These mobility orthoses are made of institutional grade materials including a sturdy frame with steel legs, an oak tie bar, 4 indoor outdoor enclosed urethane casters, and a Plastazote cushioned upper trunk support. The saddle and chest support adjust to angles from 90 to 45 degrees and are designed to encourage various amounts of independent upright weight bearing across the trunk and lower extremities and to maintain hip abduction. The walkers also feature machine washable stretch nylon slip covers, a fully cushioned handlebar, and 2 positioning belts. OPTIONS: Lateral hip adductor pad, outdoor wheel package, leg adductor pads, and cushioned forearm pads. SIZES: There are five models available to fit most children and adults. Model 3A fits children with a crotch height of 9 to 15 inches, chest width of 6.5 inches, and maximum weight of 38 pounds; Model 3B fits children with crotch height of 12.75 to 22.75 inches, chest width of 7.5 inches, and maximum weight of 62 inches; Model 3C fits children and youth with crotch height of 16 to 26 inches, chest width of 10.5 inches, and maximum weight of 96 pounds; Model 3D fits youth and adults with crotch height of 21.75 to 29 inches, chest width of 11.5 inches, and maximum weight of 125 pounds; Model 3E fits youth and adults with crotch height of 29 to 39 inches, chest width of 15 inches, and maximum weight of 192 pounds. WEIGHTS: Approximately 32 to 69 pounds.
