The Tuffy Transporter 800 is an attendant-driven transport wheelchair for use by adults with lower extremity, mobility, or neurological disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME (HxLxW): 36 x 48 x (41 or 44.5) inches. The triple chrome-plated frame folds; the folded dimensions (LxW) are 31 x 10 inches. Anti-tippers and an anti-folding device are optional. SEAT (LxW): 16 x 18 inches. The seat height is 20 inches. A 16.75-inch high back is standard. A seatbelt and headrest extension are optional. UPHOLSTERY: Sling upholstery of padded double-embossed, flame retardant vinyl. Available in dark blue only. ARMRESTS: Fixed full length padded armrests are standard. BRAKES: Adjustable toggle wheel locks are standard. Wheel lock extension tubes are optional. CASTERS: Four 8 x 1 inch casters with hard rubber tires. Pneumatic tires or pneumatic tires with airless inserts are optional. FOOTRESTS: Cam action swingaway detachable footrests and padded legrests are standard. Front riggings extend from 16 to 21 inches. Elevating legrests (noted with an "E" in the model number) are available. Leg straps and an anti-theft lock for front riggings are optional. OPTIONS: Anti-theft bar; wheelchair tray; amputee adaptor; IV rod attachment and oxygen tank holder. CAPACITY: 250 pounds. WEIGHT: 28 pounds.
