--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 9/2003) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Victor 5814 Series, "X-tra Duty", is manual drive wheelchair. The Victor 5814 features a square steel "x" brace and strut supported seat tubes that provides structural stability and heavy weight capacity. The folding frames is made of hardened steel with an enduro coat high lustre finish. The available seat widths are the standard 18, narrow 16 or W2, wide 20 inch. Additional dimensions include: overall - 25 w x 36 3/8 h x 24.75 l, seat from floor - 20.5, back from seat - 15.25 h, inches. The seat and back are of embossed upholstery with textilene inner lining, portwine being the standard color. The arms are of full length with cushioned vinyl armrests. Additional standard features of the 5814 Series include: stainless steel, secrew attached clothing guards, extra long toggle brakes, sealed, full race, precision bearings, reinforced caster forks, offset caster journals, a 5/8 extra duty axle, "Uni-Mold" Mag Composite 8 and 24 inch wheels, composite handrims with finger grips, and hook-on footrests with aluminum footplates. This wheelchair accommodates up to a 350 pounds capacity. The wheelchair weights 36 pounds. Optional features of the Victory 5814 Series include but are not limited to the following: 18 upholstery color choices, elevating legrests with cushioned countoured calf pads, a wedge-lock reclining back, and a removable full or desk length arms. This series offer 15 different styles of wheelchair.
