Picture of INVACARE A6 / F6 The Invacare A6/F6 is a lightweight manual sport wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Rigid frame in a variety of colors. Both models feature a telescoping wheelbase which enables the chairs to be set up for maximum stability for first-time users or for maximum performance. SEAT: The A6 has an adjustable seat angle and the F6 has a fixed seat angle. The seat widths and depths are available from 14 to 20 inches in one-inch increments. The seat-to-floor height ranges from 17 to 21.5 inches, depending on rear wheel and caster size. The seat back canes are available in sporster which adjust from 12 to 14 inches high; 10-degree with push handles and height adjustments from 16 to 18 inches; 20-degree fixed; or, straight with push handles and height adjustment from 12 to 18 inches. ARMRESTS: Choice of T-arms with height adjustments from 6 to 10 inches in 0.5-inch increments or 8 to 14 inches in one-inch increments, or swing-away half arms with height adjustment from 8.5 to 10.6 inches in one-inch increments (add one inch with upholstered arm pads). BRAKES: Push-to-losk wheel locks are standard. CASTERS: 3-, 5-, or 6-inch casters. WHEELS: 22-, 24-, or 26-inch poked or composite wheels. The adjustable camber angle is available in a choice of 0, 3, 6, 9, or 12 degrees. FOOTRESTS: Choice of V or tapered front end with adjustable-angle footplates or a tubular footrest. CAPACITY: 250 pounds. WARRANTY: Lifetime warranty on frame and crossbraces.
