The Excel Recliner is a manual reclining wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This wheelchair provides full back and headrest support as the user reclines from 90 to 160 degrees. FRAME: Chip-resistant chrome-plated carbon steel frame with dual axle, dual sealed precision bearings, and anti-tippers. SEAT (DxW): 17 x 16 inches (model MDS808350); 17 x 18 inches (model MDS808450); 17 x 20 inches (model MDS808550); or 17 x 22 inches (model MDS808650). The seat height is adjustable to hemi level. The backrest height is 22 inches, and a removable 10-inch headrest is included. The back folds for storage. ARMRESTS: Removable desk-length arms. WHEELS: Solid flat-free tires. LEGRESTS: Detachable elevating legrests with padded calf rests and foot plates. The legrests feature a notched, stainless steel ratchet bar to lock legrests in place. CAPACITY: 300 pounds (models MDS808350 and MDS808450) or 350 pounds (models MDS808550 and MDS808650). WARRANTY: Limited lifetime warranty on frame and crossbar and one-year warranty on other parts.
