Growth Guidance Systems (GGS) are child's tilt-in-space wheelchairs designed for use by children with mobility, neurological, or severe physical disabilities. FRAME (WxL): The frame is available in Toddler 1, Toddler 2, Toddler 3, Youth 1, Youth 2, Youth 3, Junior Adult 1, Junior Adult 2, or Junior Adult 3 configurations. The standard frame is a folding step-release tilt-in-space frame. Also available are a folding base with manual release tilt and a rigid base with or without step-release tilt. The Toddler frame is 23 x 25 inches. The Youth frame is 25 x 26 inches. The Junior frame is 27 x 28 inches. SEAT (WxHxD): All models come standard with a sling seat, shoulder pads, a bayonet abductor, single post neckrest, and curved thoracic pads. Options include vertical mount abductor, flip-down abductor, straight thoracic supports, occipital pad, removable or flip-up halo assemblies, knee blocks, and others. The Toddler 1 seat is 5.5 x 10.5 to 16 x 7 to 11 inches. The Toddler 2 seat is 6.5 x 13 to 18 x 8 to 12 inches. The Toddler 3 seat seat is 7.5 x 15 to 20 x 9 to 14 inches. The Youth 1 seat is 6.5 x 14 to 19 x 9 to 14 inches. The Youth 2 seat is 7.5 x 17 to 20 x 10 to 16 inches. The Youth 3 seat 9 x 18 to 23 x 12 to 17 inches. The Junior Adult 1 seat is 9 x 18 to 23 x 12 to 17 inches. The Junior Adult 2 seat is 10 x 19 to 24 x 12 to 18 inches. The Junior Adult 3 is 11 x 19 to 24 x 15 to 19 inches. UPHOLSTERY: Available in black, gey, navy, red, royal blue, purple, teal, burgundy, or pink. TILT-IN-SPACE: Step-release tilt in space is standard. Manual release tilt is optional. CASTERS: Front casters with pneumatic tires. WHEELS: 16-inch rear wheels with pneumatic tires. FOOTRESTS: A full footrest assembly is standard. Options include a full footrest assembly with independent shoe holders, a full footrest assembly with fifth wheel (for car seat use), and independent shoe holder assembly with fifth wheel (for car seat use). OPTIONS: K feeding pump holder, sun canopy, utility bag, and trays. Van/bus tie down strap systems, transportation safety harness, and tie down tracks (for permanent installation in a van or bus) are available for use with the Toddler and Youth systems only.
