The Solo II, models 1262 and 1264, is an add-on power unit designed for the manual wheelchair user who wants to upgrade to a power wheelchair without investing in a completely new chair. The Solo II converts a manual wheelchair to a power chair with just the replacement of the rear wheels, and the installation of a joystick, motor drives and batteries. Solo II models 1262 and 1264 are designed to fit wheelchairs with seat widths from 14 inches to 20 inches. Model 1262 has a 20:1 gear ratio and model 1264 has a gear ratio of 40:1 The Solo II comes with an electronic joystick control module, one left and one right motor/drive assembly, two battery cases, one integral wiring harness, one battery charger, one wheelchair safety belt, and two mounting brackets for joy stick installation. CAPACITY: The Solo 1262 has a user weight capacity of 250 pounds; model 1264 has a user weight capacity of 350 pounds. POWER: The 1262 usesses (2) U-1 Gell Cell 12 Volt batteries and the 1264 uses (2) 22NF Gell Cell 12 Volt batteries. Batteries are not included.

Notes: Installation on wheelchairs with seats wider than 20 inches is not recommended and will void the manufacturer's warranty.
