Picture of ARMTROUGH ALTERNATIVE The Armtrough Alternative is an add-on armrest designed for use by individuals with upper extremity, severe physical, or neurological disabilities who use wheelchairs. This armrest cradles the arm in a range of positions and is padded for comfort. This adjustable unit is built with lateral for trunk support and to block elbow medially and includes an elbow stop to keep the elbow secure. The unit also comes with a hand block for hand and finger positioning.
