CONTROLS: Handle mounted electronic controls. FWD: Front wheel drive. SEAT: Height-adjustable 360-degree swivel seat is 18 inches wide. UPHOLSTERY: Vinyl. ARMRESTS: Flip-up armrests. BRAKES: Electromagnetic braking system. WHEELS: Three mag-style wheels. POWER: Batteries and charger are included. SPEEDS: Top speed is 4.3 miles per hour for a range of 12 miles between charges.
