Picture of BRILLIANT LIGHTS PHONE (MODEL 2046) The Brilliant Lights Phone, model 2046, is an educational toy designed for use by babies with cognitive, neurological, or fine motor disabilities. This telephone encourages telephone role play. A baby simply presses a button, speaks, and the phone plays back the baby's voice. Babies can also activate four different sounds randomly with the push of a button. Features include a large plastic handset,"record" and "answer" buttons, and ringing sounds. POWER: Uses three triple-A batteries (not included). COLOR: The body of the telephone is bright green. The "answer" and "record" buttons are bright red, white, and blue. The earpiece is white with a light blue smiley face on it.

Notes: Brilliant Lights Phone is a registered trademark of the Tomy Corporation. **The manufacturer states that this toy is appropriate for use by children age six months and older.
