Picture of LITTLE SMART SUPER SMARTY The Little Smart Super Smarty is a switch operated toy designed for use by children ages 3.5 to six years of agewith upper extremity or cognitive dis abilities. The toy looks like a robot and uses 12 two-sided activity cards to review letters, numbers, spelling, simple math, shapes, matching, colors, and more. The liquid crystal display (LCD) gives clear, simple directions and shows fun animations. Ten LED lights mark the question being asked and the correct answer. After each correct answer, the user hears an encouraging phrase and sees Smarty's eyes light up. Play is also enhanced by five built-in tunes and five built-in short melodies enhance play. This toy has been adapted for use with switches with 1/8th-inch plugs; five single switches (not included) are required for operation. POWER: Uses four double-A batteries (not included). OPTIONS: Additional card packs are available. Also available is an accessory mounting box which enables switches to be placed at any angle from 0 to 90 degrees.
