Picture of HYGIEN-E COACHING PROGRAM The Hygien-E Coaching Program is a personal skills and independent living skills program designed for people with cognitive, developmental and learning disabilities. The Hygien-E Coaching program consists of a series of DVDs and audio CDs that provide instruction for activities of daily living, grooming and hygiene, such as bathing, hand-washing and brushing teeth. The user(s) watch the DVD initially for an explanation and demonstration of the skill being taught. The animated character Billy the Button demonstrates each skill. The audio CDs are played as the user actually performs an activity to provide step-by-step instruction. An instruction card for the trainer or caregiver is provided.
