RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. -- Transit Tile is a detectable warning surface designed with raised domes for detection by foot or cane contact for individuals who are blind or have low vision. It can be used for public safety on curbs, ramps, and platforms. Raised truncated dome shaped areas on the tile surface provide a cautionary strip, and the highly visible yellow color provides visual contrast from surrounding surface materials. DIMENSIONS: Domes are raised 0.2 inches above surface. Tiles measure 6-13/16 inches square. COLOR: Yellow.
