Superbike STI is a hand-propelled three-wheeled cycle designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. This handcycle has a hydraulic steering dampener. FRAME: Crank-adjustable frame made of 4130 thin wall Chrome-Moly tubing, with removable 6061 T-6 aluminum handlebars with Grab-On grips, and a large diameter 6061 T-6 anodized aluminum rear axle with threaded lugs and heli-coil inserts. Also included are an aluminum mounting lug for a cycling computer, and a six-foot orange visibility flag. All aluminum tubing is polished and clear anodized with oven-baked powder-coated finish. SEAT: Custom contoured, aluminum two-piece seat with adjustable back and fully covered padded seat back and bottom. The seat back has a triangulated shape to support the upper back without interfering with the shoulder blades while pedaling. CUSHION: Bottom seat cushion uses two densities of foam. UPHOLSTERY: Nylon UV resistant fabric. BRAKES: Two Tektro dual pivot side pull front brakes. WHEELS: Thirty-two spoke front and rear wheels with 26 x 1 inch Tioga City Slicker tires with double wall rims. The wheels have polished Phil Wood alloy 32-hole rear hubs with threaded axles and sealed cartridge bearing. FOOTRESTS: Full wrap-around 6061 T-6 anodized aluminum adjustable leg supports. WARRANTY: 30-day money back, three year warranty to original owner.
