Picture of AMIGO TRAVELMATE The Amigo TravelMate is a 3-wheeled portable travel scooter designed for indoor and outdoor use by individuals with mobility disabilities. FRAME (LxWxH): 43 x 22 x 36.5 inches. The TravelMate has an underbody ground clearance of 2.5 inches and a turning radius of 34 inches. The painted steel frame is available in black. The scooter disassembles or the tiller folds down for transport or storage. A basket mounted on the front of the tiller is standard. CONTROLS: MPC electronics controller. The controls are located on the adjustable EZ-Tilt handle with infinite tilt settings. FWD: Vari-speed front drive. SEAT: Seat rotates 360 degrees. UPHOLSTERY: Black with red or yellow insets. ARMRESTS: Removable armrests optional. BRAKES: Electromagnetic with manual release; dynamic and regenerative brakes. WHEELS: 6-inch solid rubber wheels. OPTIONS: Cane holder, oxygen tank holder, crutch and walker holders. POWER: Uses two 7-amp airline-safe, sealed batteries (included) and a 2amp 24-volt off-board battery charger with alternating current (AC) cord (included) Extra battery packs are available. SPEED: 3.7 miles per hour for a range of 9 to 12 miles. CAPACITY: 250 pounds. WEIGHT: 79 pounds (87 pounds with optional seat with armrests). WARRANTY: Limited lifetime warranty.
