(Verified 12/2009) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Buzz Classic Mobility Scooter is a heavy-duty scooter designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This scooter is designed for steep hills and high speeds. Standard equipment includes rear lights and a four cubic foot cargo box with a lockable lid. FRAME (LxW): 66 x 29 inches. This scooter has a fiberglass body. SEAT: Padded seat. BRAKES: Parking brake. POWER: Uses 24-volt 48-amp dry cell battery. A 5-amp off-board battery charger is standard. SPEEDS: 12 miles per hour forward (4 miles per hour when speed limiting switch is engaged); 2 miles per hour in reverse. The range is up to 40 miles per charge. A speed limiting switch is standard. CAPACITY: 350 pounds. WEIGHT: 210 pounds.
