(Verified 3/2004) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Amigo FWD, model 113000, is a three-wheeled powered wheelchair alternative, or scooter, designed for indoor and outdoor use. FRAME: Painted steel platform has a wheel base of 31 inches. Overall length is 37 inches; width is 24 inches with dual rear wheels. CONTROLS: Operated by a lever control in an oval shaped handlebar on a telescoping double adjustable handle. DRIVE: Front wheel drive (FWD). SEAT: Padded seat is height adjustable, swivels 360 degrees and locks in any position. The seat is removable without tools. A power seat lift is available as an option. ARMRESTS: Solid arms. BRAKES: Dynamic and regenerative braking with choice of right or left side brake lock. WHEELS: Dual 6-inch flat-free rear wheels and 6-inch flat-free front tire. POWER: 12-volt electrical system uses one battery and includes a battery charger. The battery is removable without tools. SPEEDS: Maximum speed is 3.4 miles per hour for a maximum range of 16 miles. Variable speed forward and reverse. WEIGHT: 99 pounds including batteries; 63 pounds without seat or batteries. CAPACITY: 250 pound capacity. WARRANTY: 3-year limited warranty.
