(Verified 3/2004) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Regal Cub RWD, Model 30/32, is a transaxle three wheel, rear wheel drive scooter designed for adults with disabilities or limited mobility. The scooter is recommended for use on indoor or outdoor terrain. FRAME: The frame is built of powder-coated steel tubing. CONTROLS: The forward/reverse lever is finger operated (thumb optional); a charging receptical, battery charge indicator with 3 segment L.E.D., and on/off switch are located at the top of the tiller. RWD: Three wheel, transaxle rear-wheel drive. SEAT: Standard seat style is a fiberglass, non-folding design, with a height adjustment of 20.5 to 24.5 inches (ground to top of seat). Seat is a locking swivel-style (360 degrees in 90 degree increments). Seat dimensions are 18 by 17 by 16 inches (D x W x Back Height). Seat options include flip-up armrests with variety of materials. CUSHION: N/A. UPHOLSTERY: Optional upholstery on armrests. ARMRESTS: Optional flip-up and upholstered styles available. BRAKES: Brakes are dynamic, regenerative and spring-set, with a manual release. WHEELS: Wheelbase is 31 inches in length, with a width of 24.5 inches. Front and rear turf tires are 9 by 3.5 inches. Tires are pneumatic, non-marking gray. POWER: Scooter is powered by a rechargable battery, with a 3 amp external charger that is fully automatic. Optional 5 amp recharger is available. Power train drive ratio is 19:1. SPEEDS: Scooter can operate in speeds up to 4.8 MPH in forward drive, and up to 2.5 MPH in reverse. CAPACITY: Standard weight capacity is 250 pounds, with a maximum capacity of 300 pounds. WEIGHT: 150 pounds. WARRANTY: One year limited warranty.
