Fiberglass reinforced plastic, with plastic wheels, bushings, and axles. Stainless steel castors. Solid nylon wheels. Plastic and stainless steel brakes and removable footrests. Rear fluid filled pneumatic tires (20inch by 2.125 inch). Built in sliding transfer boards on each side. Two nylon seat belts. Velcro closures. Two fold up captain-style armrests.
