(Verified 01/2010) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Lexia Cross-Trainer is a cognitive skills tutorial program designed for use by students with cognitive or learning disabilities. This suite of interactive software programs helps users to develop thinking, memory, and problem-solving skills, and to improve their performance in subjects such as reading, math, science, and social studies. COMPATIBILITY: For use with IBM or compatible computers or Apple Macintosh computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: IBM compatible computers requires Windows 98 or higher operating system with 200 megabytes (MB)hard drive space per Lexia Program (if installed at workstation) and 128 MB RAM. Apple Macintosh computers require Mac OS 9.2 or higher with 400 megaHertz (MHz) processor and 128 MB RAM. For all computers, 16-bit color or higher monitor, Sound Blaster or compatible 16-bit sound card, speaker or headphones, microphone (optional for some sections), CD-ROM drive, and 300 MB disk space are required.
