It is a specially adapted hanging toy that features a plush little owl sitting on a perch (which must be suspended from above). When activated by any Toys for Special Children capability switch (see separate entries), the device starts to swing left and right, the owl's eyes blink, and a song is played. COLOR: Light grey body with yellow and white face, black eyes.
