Students control what is read, re-reading as often as wanted. Available in grade-specific library packages of fairy tales and folk tales, historical and informational stories. Each library features; graphics to enhance involvement, print capability so students can re-read on own. Library I are classic tales like Three Billy-Goats, Gingerbread Man, and Three Bears. Written in predictive format recommended for kindergarteners and first graders. Library II includes Sleeping Beauty, Rumplestilskin, Snow White and Ugly Duckling. Library III includes historical and informational stories like Christopher Columbus, colonial America, Abraham Lincoln and American Indians. IV is another non-fiction library with stories about dinasours, the planets, weather and other science topics. All stories are displayed in 40 column format and have voice output. System requirements: Apple 128k, Echo or Cricket Board, printer optional. Compatible with Apple IIGS. Components are Library Read Program disk, Story disk, back-up disk of each and User's handbook with teacher's guide.
