Super Solvers Gizmos & Gadgets is an academic tutorial program for children with learning disabilities designed to help students understand the basic principles of physical science. Students discover how magnets attract, light bulbs glow and scales blance. The program includes more than 260 physical science puzzles and simulations to create an awareness of real-world science applications. Students receive immediate feedback on their answers and clues to help them find the correct solutions. Now available on all major platforms, including CD-ROM, the progam includes new character voices and a spoken, animated introduction. Customization options allow for selecting specific areas of focus and tracking progress. COMPATIBILITY: For use with IBM computer or compatible, or an Apple Macintosh computer. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: The windows version requires 386/ 25 MHz, 256-color VGA, Windows 3.1 or highter, 4 MB memory, a mouse and a Windows-compatible sound card. The Macintosh version supports all Macintosh 256-color computers with color monitor, System 7.0.1 or higher, 4 MB memory and mouse. The CD-ROM versons require a doube-speed CD-ROM drive.
