Each of the 10 disks contains information on different concepts on a sixth through ninth grade level. Chapters are as follows: Light & Colors (principles of light spectra, rainbows, reflections, absorption, and prisms); Electricity (static charges, Leyden jar, electric current, and batteries); Weather (air masses, clouds, fronts, atmospheric pressure, and thunderstorms); Plants (root systems, shoot systems, xylem, stems, phloem pressure, photosynthesis, and chlorophyll); Sound (sound waves, propagating, wave structure, functions of the ear, and tuning); Gravity (ancient ideas about gravity from Aristotle, Galileo and Copernicus, falling objects, and orbital motion); Planets (an overview of our solar system); Stars (the constellations); Streams & Rivers (the development and importance of earth's waterways); and Oceans (an overview of the world's oceans).
