Picture of REQALL reQall is a voice input program and cognitive aid designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or upper extremity, vision, learning, cognitive and memory disabilities or brain injury. The program allows a person to use their BlackBerry phone, Android phone or Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch as a memory aid. The user speaks or types reminders into his or her device and reQall converts what the user says to text with up to 30 seconds recording time. reQall organizes the user’s items automatically according to dates and times and certain keywords, and allows the user to create personalized categories and tags. The user receives reminders via email or instant messaging (IM) and the program’s "Here and Now" feature displays a summary of what the user needs to remember at the present time. The program also allows the user to share reminders with people in the contact list. With a paid reQall Pro account, the following features are available: eyes-free recording, option for human proofreading of transcriptions, location-based organization, directe integration with Outlook or Google calendars, and push notifications. COMPATIBILITY: For use with the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad; BlackBerry phone; or Android phone. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple iOS 3.0 or later; BlackBerry OS 4.2.0 or later; Android 1.5 or later.
